Standard Sequences

1. Localizer

• Three-plane scout images
• Duration: ~10 seconds

2. Sagittal T1-weighted

• Slice thickness: 5mm
• Gap: 1mm
• FOV: 24cm
• Matrix: 256 x 256

3. Axial T2-weighted

• Slice thickness: 5mm
• Gap: 1mm
• TR: >2500ms
• TE: 80-120ms
• FOV: 24cm

4. Axial FLAIR

• Slice thickness: 5mm
• Gap: 1mm
• TR: >6000ms
• TI: 2000-2200ms
• FOV: 24cm

5. DWI/ADC

• B-value: 1000 s/mm²
• Slice thickness: 5mm
• No gap

Optional Sequences

1. Post-contrast T1-weighted

2. SWI/GRE

Indications:

• Hemorrhage
