Medication Schedule
Anti-inflammatory Medications (NSAIDs)
- Ibuprofen (400-800mg): Take every 8 hours with food
- Naproxen (500mg): Take every 12 hours with food
Pain Management
- Acetaminophen (500mg): Take every 6 hours as needed
- Do not exceed 4,000mg per day
Exercise Schedule
Morning Exercises (2-3 sets)
- Wrist flexor stretch (30 seconds)
- Median nerve glides (10 repetitions)
- Tendon gliding exercises (5 repetitions each)
Evening Exercises (2-3 sets)
- Wrist extensor stretch (30 seconds)
- Grip strengthening exercises (10 repetitions)
Additional Treatment Measures
Wrist Brace Usage
- Wear at night while sleeping
- During activities that aggravate symptoms
Ice Therapy
- Apply ice pack for 15-20 minutes
- 2-3 times daily, especially after activities

- Take all medications with food unless otherwise directed
- Stop exercises if they cause increased pain

Warning Signs
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:
- Severe pain unrelieved by medication
